What we collect
When you send an inquiry, book a session, or sign in to the client portal we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, project information, and messages. Client portal sign-in uses one-time email codes; we store the time and network address of sign-ins to protect your account.
How we use it
To reply to inquiries, deliver photography and film services, share private galleries and finished files with the right client, send invoices and reminders, and keep the portal secure. We do not sell personal information.
Client galleries and files
Private galleries and deliverables are stored in access-controlled cloud storage and are only available to the client they were assigned to, through time-limited secure links. Download activity is logged for security.
Cookies
The client portal uses a single, essential sign-in cookie. The public website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Transactional emails (sign-in codes, invitations, booking confirmations, invoices) are sent through a transactional email provider. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Your choices
Contact us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your client account.
